Having a few, high quality backlinks is more important than thousands of low quality backlinks.  Finding those high quality backlinks therefore becomes your main challenge. Tools like link assistant, SEO elite etc can all help you with this. The Friiso software itself is not designed to help with this at this point. It is also the most laborious and time consuming part of the SEO process, as well as being the most important.
